Terms and Conditions

• No editing, including Instagram and phone app filters are allowed to be added to any of the images I produce – My reputation is attached to the photos I supply. I've put in years perfecting my style and would like my hard work to remain as I have created it.
• You agree that images taken during your photoshoot can be used for promotional purposes, specials, portfolios, flyers, business cards, online portfolios, facebook, blogs etc. Tanya Rudman De Sousa retains copyright of all images taken.
• If images are used in an online or printed form, it is requested that trphoto.co.za is used to credit the images.
• If you are late for your photoshoot, the time will be deducted from your shooting time.
• Your gallery will be ready 3-4 weeks from shoot date. I will contact you with a link to your gallery once the images are ready. You will then have 7 days to place your order.
• If you don't order by 4 weeks, images will be selected for you to prevent a delay in you getting your images. The same will apply to album layouts.
• 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the date you would like booked for your shoot. Your shoot will only be booked once the booking fee has been paid. No bookings will be held without payment.
• Balance to be paid 3 working days before the shoot. Editing will only start once full payment is received.
• Travel over 30km is not included in these packages and is charged at R6,00 from my office in Centurion.
